Leighton Meester

Leighton Meester (born Leighton Meester) is an American musician, model and singer. The actress is well-known for her role as 'Blair Waldorf' in the television drama series, 'Gossip Geek..' Leighton Meester's career began as young girl. In her early years she was a part of the stage show of a local theater company called "Wizard of OZ," then her enthusiasm for acting grew. It was then that she started modelling and appearing in commercials. When she was modeling she worked with large brands such as "Herbal Essences," "Vera Wang," "Jimmy Choo," and Ralph Lauren. The model started out as a fashion model and later transitioned into acting. She made her acting debut through the TV show 'Law and Order', and picked as cameo characters in television features and shows like "Country Strong," "Monte Carlo' and the 'Killer Movie.' Aside from acting, she's also composed songs and recorded music together with a variety of notable musicians, including 'Cobra Starship and the singer Robin Thicke.
